Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, only if work on the order has not yet started.

Once an order moves from "pending" to "in progress", it is no longer eligible for a cash refund. If we materially fail to deliver, we will redeliver or credit your wallet at our discretion.

Wallet balance top-ups are non-refundable to bKash but remain spendable on any eligible service indefinitely.

Bonus balance (promo codes, deposit bonuses, phone-verify bonus) is never refundable in cash and may not be transferred between accounts.
